Amabuki Daiginjo

This elegant daiginjo is made from a very special strain of an already special sake rice: Yamada Nishiki. The Farmers growing this rice are 5th generation rice farmers. The yeast used in this sake is from the Abelia flower. This special yeast gives this sake its lush and glossy taste and its delicious but restrained aroma. You’ll taste melon on the palate and appreciate the quality of this delicious sake.
